Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
Create, plan and supervise the production of top quality pastries, desserts and baked goods in a cost effective safe manner to enhance the quality of the guest’s experience. Responsible for daily production and supervision of the pastry shop hourly staff. Creates and recommends menu changes to the Executive Chef.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
