HIRING FOH/BOH STAFF

We are an upscale casual Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Los Gatos looking to hire skilled, professional, and passionate individuals. Our restaurant features contemporary Vietnamese dishes and a full bar featuring craft cocktails, craft beers, and local/imported wines. We are a small, family-owned business, and we treat every member of our staff with respect and genuine care.

WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION(S):
- Busser

- Server

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Punctual, dependable, organized, and professional
Passion for food, attention to detail and a strong understanding of flavors and a keen eye for plating
Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining food quality and presentation
Organize kitchen stock and ingredients and verify all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurances.
Capable of sustaining a clean work environment
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States
Must be physically well and have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and carry at least 50lbs
Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is preferred
Own or obtain CA ServSafe/Food Handler’s Card & Responsible Beverage Server Certification within 30 days of hire
Must provide negative COVID-19 test after job offered and before start date

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff members and customers required to wear masks, curbside pickup, sanitizing and cleaning in between each contact of use, weekly COVID-19 testing.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
