Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will have primary day-to-day responsibility for financial planning, implementing operational metrics to monitor company performance, managing and controlling all financial reporting activities of the company. To include supporting the annual budget process, monthly forecasting, month-end close and reconciliations, business modeling, and reporting. The position is Hybrid.

Proficient in a variety of interpersonal techniques to handle commercially complex and/or sensitive situations. Proficient in use of analysis techniques to include listening, questioning, probing for information, capturing information in a way that is easy to understand. Balances conflicting interests of various customers and readily adjusts priorities to respond to pressing and changing customer needs.
Project Management: Executes project start-up and planning activities. Defines and manages schedules and resources to accomplish project objectives and reports on project progress. Identifies and manages scope, risk, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies and partners with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans.

Work Environment:
Must be willing to commute to corporate office, located in Sandy Springs, GA. Partial week, work from home option available (2 days per week) after 90-day probation period. Must able and willing to work overtime and periodic weekends during month-end and year end close.
