Position Overview :

This position will support the sales team on all functions related to the sale of our Internet, TV, Phone, and other technology products.

The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Answer incoming calls from Sales Contractors, Sales Agents (DSRs) and Bulk customer calls and provide the requested level of support
• Learn new package codes and campaign codes when released by Marketing
• Review daily reports and identify and resolve issues that will negatively impact contractors and / or customer billing
• Research and resolve customer escalations from the Better Business Bureau, GM's office, PUC, FCC Customers, Centralized Service Delivery,and local communities
• Provide support to Front Counter as needed
• Manage the Market Support Database by researching and resolving issues; also monitor the Market Support Database for requests from sales, telesales, switch team, etc.

aAnd respond to requests within 24 hours.

• Assist with non-pay calls, damage claims, scrub trouble calls, address incoming calls from customers regarding CLI (Cumulative Leakage Index) and support the retention team.
• Provide order entry support for sales and contractors
• Assist with special projects, such as not serviceable, mismatch, etc. addresses.
• Other duties as assigned

Our Astounding candidate will possess :

• 1 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ICOMS, TEAD, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and CRM
• Strong understanding of Network Solid aptitude to understand all of Astound products and services
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Close attention to detail
• Strong verbal skills, trouble shooting skills, and problem solving skills
• Flexibility in work schedule

Required Education and / or Certificates / Credentials :

High School Diploma or equivalent
