C&L Refrigeration Corporation is one of the largest industrial air conditioning and refrigeration service contractors in the Western United States. We are seeking a qualified Recruiter to join our growing team at our headquarters in Fullerton, CA! This position is 100% on-site.
Since 1978 C&L Refrigeration has provided high-quality maintenance, engineering, and construction services in the commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration industry to thousands of clients located in California, Nevada, and Texas.
Description:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
