Description:

• Responsible for sourcing and initial screening of potential candidates, phone interviews and virtual interviews
• Interview coordination with hiring managers
• Utilize ATS/HRIS systems to track candidates
• Assistance with onboarding of new hires
• Eligible for performance bonus at 6 months

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Human Resources or Recruitment experience with HS Diploma OR Bachelors Degree with an interest in Recruitment
