What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter - Now Hiring position at Aston Carter?
Description:
These candidates will be recruiting for in store sales associates. They currently have 85 openings they need to be supporting, and these recruiters will be doing the sourcing, screening, initial interviews of the potential candidates and then setting up back to back interviews for hiring managers at the retail locations. Looking for candidates who are going to be consultative, not a standard retail employee.
Will need to have a PC and they will be given a VPN number for access into the internal system and calls will come right through the computer
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree and 2 years experience in sales or recruiting OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate ability with Excel, Word skills. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or Talent Management System is a plus
This position is primarily remote, and would potentially require one day per week in office in San Diego.
