Job Description: 

An architecture company in Maryland is seeking a Project Accountant professional to join their team. This role will entail… 

• Coordinate the receipt and posting of subcontractor invoices to the appropriate project
• Lead the monthly billing process
• Invoices
• Reconcile client accounts receivable and monitor the aging of accounts receivable.
• Analyze and review project performance and profitability with project managers
• Assist with the month-end close process

Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field 

• Proficient with Excel

• 2 years of experience in accounting
