Job Description:

Shipping and quoting invoices day to day

Responding to emails, some customer service, internal and external communication

Communicate with customers and sales reps internally on shipping updates via email

90% at the desk, 10% could be on the floor checking with other employees

Will ensure trucks are loaded properly- follow through and verify their shipping orders are taken care of

Qualifications:

2-3 years within a shipping background (Truckload, LTL, FedEx & UPS, International, etc)

• Proficient with Computers

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

• Focused on Customer Service

Microsoft office

Nice to have:

Plus is international shipping certs and experience
