Description:

• This position will support and outreach services for customers and clients (providers, benefits recipients, members etc.) to uphold customer satisfaction and facilitate the optimal delivery of business services

Duties:

• Use multiple systems at one time to research and problem solve
• Communicate by phone or email to answer questions, process transactions, or resolve issues
• Respond to inquiries and provide information & solutions to customers
• Maintain broad understanding of various products, features, and limitations, and policies

Skills:
