Description:
This is the highest level position for HR in this Division and will report directly to the VP of HR for the company. This position oversees all functions of HR underneath including employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruitment, engagement and retention, etc.
Normal day to day -
Leading HR team when it comes to strategy and process
Leading the Manager of HR and she is responsible for normal HR duties and recruiting for hourly side
Leading the EHS team who is in charge of all health and safety for plant
Leading learning and development team - looking over training team and making sure they have accurate training materials and processes
Working with leadership to go over headcount and where headcount is needed - going over budget for headcount
Working with VP of HR when needed
