HYBRID Financial Analyst in Santa Monica, CA
Description:
• Knowledge of consolidations and equity method of accounting for investments
• Able to work with proficiently in various computer software applications like Yardi, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Energetic, organized, creative, and highly motivated person with the ability to learn and work independently and collaboratively
• Strong work ethic and ability to support multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines
Must Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally 3-5 YOE as an Financial Analyst with experience in Accounting (General Ledger, Journal Entries, etc)
- Real Estate experience (Underwriting and Yardi ERP)
- Corporate Finance Experience (1 Years)
