Position: Financial Analyst
Compliance: Willing to submit to a background check & Drug Screening

Location: Portland, OR 97205
Compensation Range: $80k - $90K DOE
Placement Type: 6-Month Contract-To-Hire
Financial Analyst will be supporting the Identified financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
TOP SKILLS:
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience
• Experience with process improvement
• Experience with implementing/establishing processes and policies
• Experience with variance analysis, margin analysis, budget analysis, payment vs expense analysis
• Excel: Pivots &VLOOKUPs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Applicable
• NetSuite ERP experience (preferred)
JOB DUTIES:
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc), taking into account company's goals and financial standing.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
• Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
• Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
• Prepare cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Recommend actions by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and making comparative analyses.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance and prepare reports and projections based on analysis.
• Maintain provider compensation model and reporting.
• Evaluate and track capital expenditures.
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
