Description:
*Gather and interpret data for analysis and provide advanced reports including variances, statistical, trends, risk measurements, key performance indicators and overall results and executive summaries
*Responsible for investment portfolio maintenance, accounting, reconciliations and reporting.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather effective financial data and reports from various systems
*Review financial statements and related comprehensive analysis and report variances and trends to management
*Assist in economic/financial research and analysis for use in development of business strategies
*Interpret financial and operational data, provide insightful and analytical explanations and make recommendations to management based on findings
*Assist in the development of the annual budget by obtaining budgetary input from all lines of business and analyzing trends affecting budgetary needs, provide budgetary assistance and reports to cost center managers
*Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives; provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested
*Make recommendations and assist in developing methods and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the finance department
Skills:
* Strong analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to dissect raw data into a summarized analysis
* High level of proficiency in the use of financial systems, databases and related computer applications
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills in listening, writing, and speaking
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of financial services industry, including products and services
* Knowledge of related regulations
Experience working with financial systems and reporting
* Experience creating, reviewing, and analyzing financial inputs and outputs
Pay:
Hourly Salary: $26.00/hour-$34.00/hour
