Description:

● Communicates and responds promptly to customers through various channels such as; emails, texts, phone calls, etc. in a timely manner.

● Collaborates with the client inquires for custom packaging and custom product materials, manages clients expectations and works closely with the sales team,

administration and marketing team.

● Maintains data entry and record keeping for all customer interactions, orders, comments and complaints, on the company software systems.

● Takes client payment information. Prepares and ships client requested samples and maintains record log of all client projects in the CRM and spreadsheets, shares tracking with client and sales team.

● Handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, quickly and effectively; and follow up to ensure resolution.

● Runs executive errands for administration team such as; bank deposits, office supplies, company meals and etc.

● Acts as an active team member and works closely with administration.

● Liaison between administration and client.

● Provides client product and service updates.

● Provides information about products and services.
