Description:

The primary responsibility of the candidate in this role will be to own the survey bar-raising process. This includes managing the queue of survey requests for new partner surveys, reviewing surveys created by other teams and providing feedback based on best practices, and ultimately prioritizing, approving, or rejecting new survey requests.

The candidate may also be involved in a number of other Partner Engagement initiatives, including the following:

1. Synthesis of results for the biannual survey (diving into different data cuts to understand key areas of opportunity)

2. Defining the roadmap and priorities for the in-app feedback feature for tools

3. Collaboration with the data science team on AI-driven synthesis of qualitative data at scale

- The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in market research, insights, or data analysis. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of survey and market research best practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at drawing

Daily Schedule:

• Monitoring approvals that come through

• Being the SME and point person for surveys across the partner engagement org

• “What is the best way to survey for an event?” And helping design surveys for that etc.

• Survey Bar raiser Expert, upholding the bar for the ORG.

• Partners are getting quality surveys

• Potentially having 1 on 1 calls to workshop through decisions on Surveys.

• Not writing or programming surveys,

• Giving Best practice guidelines etc. Acting as the Advisor/Approver

The candidate may also be involved in a number of other Partner Engagement initiatives, including the following:

1. Synthesis of results for the biannual AWS Partner survey (diving into different data cuts to understand key areas of opportunity)

2. Defining the roadmap and priorities for the in-app feedback feature for AWS Partner tools

3. Collaboration with the data science team on AI-driven synthesis of qualitative data at scale

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in market research, insights, or data analysis

• Excel Experience (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

• Quantitative background [preferred but not required]

• The candidate should have a foundational understanding of survey and market research best practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at drawing strategic insights from both quantitative and qualitative data. The ideal candidate will also be detail oriented, highly collaborative across all levels, an excellent communicator and open to feedback.
