Project Management Support Analyst:
PM Support Analysts are responsible for working with internal Project Managers and external New Development builders to plan and execute the timelines and tasks required to install the electrical infrastructure for new development communities.
PM Support Analysts work directly with Tract Project Management (TPM) Project Managers with submittal in-take and scheduling functions, internal project tracking and reporting, customer interactions, and interactions with internal teams to keep project planning and processing moving forward. One of the main functions of this position is working with and supporting the meter order process for the projects that the Tract Project Management handles.
The Tract Project Management group works directly with large national residential developers along with smaller region residential builders in providing project management expertise.The TPM team has the responsibility of managing and guiding residential projects through all phases of the design, scheduling, construction and on to meter sets and project completion.
Additionally, because of the expertise in New Development Planning & Project Management, Applicant Design Commercial projects are managed by the TPM team. These type of projects typically include Applicant Design commercial retail centers, hotels, business buildings and agricultural pumping projects.
