Overview

The Marketing Coordinator assists the Marketing team by preparing and processing documents and information for new business prospects and clients. This is a great “foot in the door” role with exposure to both Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Enters accurate client information into system applications.
• Tracks Marketing Department new business progress.
• Prepares quotes, renewal proposals and other documents for the Marketing Executive and Producer.
• Works with Marketing Executive on quotes for Producers when additional coverage is needed.
• Maintains agency management system with necessary client documents and information.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree from college or technical school; or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple technical systems
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
