The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is recruiting SAT and ACT tutoring candidates for the Northern Virginia area. This position features regular demand and a flexible schedule. ?

Level:? Experience tutoring the SAT or ACT in a paid capacity

Location:? Manassas, Haymarket, Reston, VA

Position: School Based, Small Group, SAT or ACT Generalist

The Position:

? Provide Live SAT or ACT instruction to students in grades 9 - 12
? Tutoring takes place at an established learning center, at a local school, or Live Online
? Materials are provided but your supplemental materials may also be used

? Tutors working elsewhere are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

? 4-10 hours per week of availability
? An earned Bachelor's

?The ability to teach all sections of either the SAT or ACT

?90th Percentile Scores on the SAT or the ACT

Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and some experience tutoring the full SAT or the full ACT.

Compensation:

? $40 - $55/hr (commensurate)

? Set hours 5:30PM-7:30PM or/and 2:30PM-4:30PM
