Position Summary

The ANA seeks a talented and creative Email Marketing Specialist passionate about email marketing. This role will manage end-to-end campaign production, including audience segmentation, campaign execution, A/B testing, and optimization. The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Produce and execute all email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML/CSS, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
• Utilize customer data to segment email lists and tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.
• Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails render correctly for subscribers.
• Execute A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent email coding skill set (HTML, CSS, responsive design), understanding of email best practices, and knowledge of responsive design/development (layouts and techniques).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Attributes/Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of UI standards and trends across all devices, platforms, and email providers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug to resolve coding issues.
• Passionate about email/lifecycle marketing and a self-learner motivated to learn more.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Works well under tight deadlines and a constantly changing, high-growth environment.
• Have a strong work ethic, self-motivated, and accountable.

Salary and Total Rewards Package:

Starting pay range: $50,000 to $60,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
