Sales Consultant - Looking for the 1 in 1,000!

NO STAINED GLASS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

It’s a sunny, Thursday afternoon at the end of August and you’re just finishing up the fourth day cruising the midsection of the California Coast. You found a few churches in need when you were in the Oakland area yesterday, but San Francisco has been a whole new ball game! You take the famed Lombard Street on your way out of town to see if you can spot any last-minute churches that weren’t on your leads list. That’s when you see it, a quaint white chapel with walls of stained glass nestled in a grove of Monterey Pines. You find a parking spot and head up to the church, the scent of the pines and salty ocean breeze engulfing you, and there’s a flock of seagulls crying overhead.

When you approach the church the front doors are open, so you head inside, here you are greeted by a lovely middle-aged woman with brown hair named Tara. She walks you through the chapel and tells you a bit of the building’s history and about the famed stained-glass walls throughout. As you walk through, you document the condition of the windows, take photos, and measurements, and add notes to the database. Tara guides you back to the front of the church, where she says she would love to show you more, but she has to run to help set up for her niece's birthday party. You thank her for her time and get back into your car where you complete your inspection report before crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and heading north to start on some new leads tomorrow.

The Sales Consultant reports directly to the National Sales Manager and will be accountable for the following roles and responsibilities:

• Participate in all activities related to the sales process

• Participate and execute all tasks related to customer relationships and customer retention

• Perform all tasks related to sales administration and sales training

Requirements:

• No industry background needed

• 3 years of sales or construction experience

• Comfortable working with technology (Google, iPads, camera, and database)

A Stained Glass sales consultant fitting this description generally earns between $80,000 and $250,000 a year in combined salary and commissions and is eligible for the following perks:
