- Receives updated orders from physicians.
- Takes and prepares intake referrals, and prepares clinical notes for interventions rendered.
- Verifies Medicare/Medi-Cal benefits.
Graduate of accredited nursing program. Current, active license as an LVN by the California Board of Nursing including fingerprint card. .
- Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
