Assisted Home Health & Hospice is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter (Bilingual/Spanish) Near Thousand Oaks, CA

Assisted is an exciting place to be right now as we are experiencing tremendous growth, We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter for our Thousand Oaks Branch to recruit LVN's for 3 of our branches.
This is an on-site position in a corporate setting - remote accommodations are NOT available.

What you will do:
  • Recruit LVN candidates for multiple locations of our Company
  • Fully utilize social media resources (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) to build a viable candidate pipeline and for overall recruiting efforts
  • Document all calls and recruitment activity via ATS

Minimum requirements to apply: 
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in healthcare recruitment, sales and/or medical fields
  • Must possess a working knowledge in full cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, social networking, assessing, legal, relationship management and due diligence
