We are looking for Fulltime or PRN Physical Therapists for the South West Valley in Phoenix !

What you will do
- Complete initial and on-going assessments to determine level of functioning, including OASIS assessments at appropriate time points.
- Execute assessment using procedures such as manual and electrical muscle examinations, functional evaluations, gait analysis, sensory testing, measurements of range of motion, and assessment of development and utilization of human movement.
- Provide therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs, as applicable.
- Education and qualifications commensurate with § 484.115(h) (Condition of participation: Personnel qualifications / Physical Therapist)
- Licensed as a physical therapist pursuant to ARS Title 32, Chapter 19 by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy.
- Core competency per skills checklist.
- At least one year of experience in physical therapy.
- Fingerprint card, DMV and criminal background check, as appropriate.
- Current CPR, TB and health clearance.
