Responsibilities: Act as liaison between business stakeholders and application development team to support system stability and data validity Gather and analyze technical requirements, translating them into technical specifications and functional design documents Effectively manage multiple technical projects, contributing to project planning and reporting project statuses to clients Support business requirement activities by providing end-to-end system data analysis concerning functional requirements, data validation and data feeds Work with the Business Development, Marketing, and IT team support pre-sales activities like system requirement analysis and system demos to external stakeholders Provide production support on day-to-day issues by coordinating the application development and operations team tasks Conduct usability testing to ensure the service and product meets the user’s needs, and assist with troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and technical support as needed Assist product owners and application development team with further enhancing and optimizing software solutions based on customer needs, industry trends, and technical capabilities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; IT or related technical field is highly preferred Experience in Business Systems Data Analysis or Business Systems Support to internal and external stakeholders Experience with Insurance Management Systems or Claim Management Systems is highly preferred Proactive and results-driven with the ability to support clients across a distributed team Understanding of data, analytics, and relational databases, Microsoft SQL server preferred Ability to train and learn quickly in areas with little prior experience Intermediate level of SQL skills required; experience with Azure environments preferred Strong analytical/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into concrete action Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment as part of a global team Ability to coordinate teams to resolve complex analytical and technical issues Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1
