AssetWatch, Inc. is Hiring a Field Service Technician (Pennsylvania) Near Philadelphia, PA
- Develops a deep knowledge of company products and overall analysis experience to capture, understand and define product design requirements in client environment.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to install the Vero product solutions onto and within client manufacturing equipment based on the specifications of the client solution design.
- Ensures that all Vero product solutions are properly installed and tested to the solution design, and product communications with client networks are established and verified.
- Provide remote technical support for the industrial and manufacturing customer installed base to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide on-site technical support to help troubleshoot and repair product solutions when problems are identified.
- Communicate and maintain installation and field service records and documentation as defined by process.
- Manage and maintain service tools and installation parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and consistently represents the company image and brand in a positive and professional manner. Communicates and interacts well with all customer personnel to gain their confidence and cooperation.
- Support product development team in evaluation and testing of existing and new product development.
