Assembly is hiring a Senior Project Manager to assist our growing team. The primary role of the Senior Project Manager is to oversee flawless execution of multi-channel campaigns and projects from inception to completion. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an organized approach to managing colleagues and deliverables; one who loves checking things off the to do list and can motivate colleagues to get the job done well and on time. This position reports directly to the Group Director, Account Management and is a full-time, exempt position. No to limited travel within the US is expected. 

Responsibilities:

• Help promote growth internally and design new processes to go along with that growth
• Capture and track all client needs, requests and communications coming from status calls, ad hoc calls, email, and Teams requests 
• Track project deliverables, ensuring all team members (internal and external) understand and adhere to roles, expectations, deliverables, and timelines, both internal and external 
• Request and confirm campaign assets and needs between agency, vendors, and client 
• Facilitate internal and external (client) communication related to campaigns and ad hoc/ongoing deliverables through weekly client calls 
• Manage the client-facing version of the project tracker 
• Understand project and contract scope, communicate scope creep concerns to Account Director 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 

• Previous experience working successfully as a Project Manager at an agency or digital marketing firm
• Previous experience working with digital marketing teams
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management; PMP Certification preferred 
• Attention to detail and the ability to focus under pressure
• The ability to organize, direct, and motivate teams (internal and external) 
• Successfully work with various groups to resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment 
• Be able to handle multiple projects, and multiple brands at the same time 
• Self-starter with desire to be responsible and accountable for excellence 
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, facilitation, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills are expected 
• Knowledge of collaboration software and project management techniques and tools (Asana, Office 365, Media Ocean/Prisma/IPS preferred)
