As the Regional Director of Operations, you will:

… be responsible for assisting with the operations oversight at Enlivant communities within the assigned region.

What you’ll do here:

• Work directly with Executive Directors to ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communities
• Provide training and support to all Enlivant team members and promote quality care and independence for our residents
• Conduct field audits at the Enlivant communities within the region
• Responsible for setting goals and objectives for operations, sales, and clinical functions within the region and monitoring progress
• Lead regional team training sessions with a focus on operations and sales and marketing
• Additional duties as assigned

We’d love to talk if:

• You have a minimum of three to five years of experience in an operations role
• You have an Administrator’s license or certificate per state requirements
• You have a Bachelor's degree
• You have financial acumen and budget management experience
• You have exceptional problem solving and time management skills
• You can travel extensively within the region
• You have experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You care about quality assurance/improvement and staff development
• You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
• You care about serving seniors
• You have strong relationship building skills

Bonus points if:

• You have a minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience in event planning or community outreach with leadership or supervisory experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, home care or other customer service field
• You exemplify and are an influential team player
• You possess exceptional communication skills
• You exhibit strong organizational capabilities
• You demonstrate empathy and good listening skills
• You remain flexible and adaptable
• You work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale

Salary Range: $155000 - $174000 ,based on experience
