Aspire Living & Learning is Hiring a Residential Program Manager- $40K-$48K Near Leominster, MA

Aspire Living & Learning is helping individuals live their best lives. We are seeking a Residential Program Manager in Manning to join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals, helping people translate their goals into meaningful accomplishments. The Residential Program Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.

What you will do

  • Help individuals communicate to others the choices, needs, wishes and preferences that, in large part, define who they are and what goals they have selected.
  • Responsible for ensuring individuals have meaningful participation in the larger community for all residents in the program.
  • Ensures that all supported individuals are receiving appropriate clinical and medical services.
  • Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
  • Ensures adherence to all DDS, MAP, funding agency, and state regulations.
  • Maintains and monitors staffing schedule.
  • Assists with writing clinical assessments and oversees ISP assessments.
  • Assumes on call responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in discipline related to the delivery of supports to individuals with disabilities.
  • Previous experience working in a related field servicing children or adults with developmental disabilities
  • Previous supervision experience highly preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
