Aspire Living & Learning is Hiring a Direct Support Professional- 3rd Shift Near Fitchburg, MA

**$1,000SIGN-ON BONUS OFFERED**

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Direct Support Professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of many. This role is essential to provide day-to-day support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting.

What you’ll do:

  • Help and guide individuals with daily living skills.
  • Provide an opportunity for growth by working on their individual goals and plans.
  • Assist in day-to-day needs such as personal hygiene, meal preparation and
  • transportation.
  • Seeking out opportunities for community based activities for the individuals to
  • enjoy.
  • Help to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our individuals.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  •  Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  •  And 18 years or older

***Sign on bonus for a limited time***

*Bonus Terms:

  • Bonuses are applicable to specific job types & shifts. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
  • Must be employed at the time of payout
  • Payouts will occur in 2 installments, $400 payable after successful completion of 30 days of employment, the first installment will be paid the following pay period after the 30 day mark. $600 after 6 month anniversary.
