Aspire Living & Learning is Hiring a Clinical Coordinator Near New Haven, CT

Aspire Living & Learning is helping individuals live their best lives. We are seeking a full time entry level Behavior Analyst/Clinical Coordinator to work in our Adult Services Division. The ideal candidate will either be enrolled in their Master’s Program or be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for daily management of assigned caseload and ongoing training and implementation of Behavior Plans for adults with developmental disabilities in group homes and community companion homes.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide ongoing training the implementation of all assessment, intervention, and instructional procedures
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses and develops function based interventions
  • Analyze data and make data based decisions about progress and programming
  • Works cooperatively with stakeholders and participates in informational meetings as required.
  • Participate and evaluate needs for referrals.
  • Provide ongoing training for the direct support professionals including universal behavioral strategies across settings, behavior reduction strategies, and reinforcement systems.
  • Writes assessment and IP reports as needed.
  • Attend committee meetings as required by stakeholders such as PRC, HRC, and URR.
  • Provide ongoing training in Positive Behavior Supports.
  • Collaborate regularly with Group Home Behavior Analysts for continuity of care.
  • Teach, facilitate, and monitor communication systems for multiple individuals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Actively enrolled in a Behavior Analytic Master’s Program or be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • At least 3 years exemplary performance in Behavior Therapy with another ABA provider
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid drivers license and safe driving record
