Assistant IBHS Clinical Director
Exciting, high-profile opportunity for an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA LBS) to lead a growing IBHS team and oversee daily operations!

We provide support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Behavioral Disorders in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware Counties. ABOUT YOU:
In addition to being clinically skilled in ABA, the ideal candidate has proven leadership/supervisory experience, is extremely organized, dedicated to high-quality services, and passionate about making a large impact in our growing agency.
- Must have Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Must have knowledge, education, and training in conducting a variety of assessments.
- Must have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Supervise BCBA/LBS clinicians.
- Assist with BACB supervisee group supervision.
- Conduct regular quality checks, in the field.
- Assist with client needs and manage the scheduling process.
- Review new assessments and treatment plans for BCBA/LBS clinicians on caseload.
- Conduct new assessments (as needed).
- Assist with on-call needs (every other month).
- Assist Director with further development of Central Reach templates and program library.
- Collaborate on regular quality audits and (temporarily) assistant with in-house staff training.
- MUST be able to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
