Are you detail-oriented with a passion for keeping surfaces safe and well-maintained? Sidewalk Safety Inc. is seeking a Line Striping and Seal Coating Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for applying line striping and seal coating materials to parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces to enhance safety and appearance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Perform line striping using appropriate equipment and materials to mark parking spaces, traffic lanes, crosswalks, and other designated areas.

· Apply seal coating materials to surfaces to protect against damage from weather, traffic, and other environmental factors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time

· Prepare surfaces for line striping and seal coating by cleaning, repairing, and priming as needed.

· Operate and maintain line striping and seal coating equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

· Ensure accurate measurements and precise application of materials to achieve professional-looking results.

· Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to coordinate work schedules and address any concerns or questions.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

The ideal candidate should possess:

· Minimum of 3 Years of recent experience in line striping and seal coating is required.

· Concrete experience preferred.

· Ability to operate line striping and seal coating equipment safely and effectively.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

· Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $32.00 - $32.01 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
