Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate sales
Follow up with online inquiries about vehicles on the lot by reaching out by phone or email
Set up in store appointments to view vehicles
Interact with customers and assist walk-ins
Work with exciting inventory from Audi, Dodge, GMC, to Mercedes-Benz
Partner with the sales management team for training and learning opportunities
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer satisfaction driven

Ability to operate computer and phones
Preferred Experience:
Door to door sales
Furniture sales
Cell phone sales

Position Requirements*:
Valid and active driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
Eligibility to work in the United States
Language Requirement:
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
Schedule:
5 day work week
Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Operating hours of the store
Compensation:
Our Sales Consultants typically earn between $45,000 - $80,000 annually depending on location
$3,000 per month guarantee with a competitive bonus/commission structure; the monthly guarantee does not diminish as commission rates increase
