Summary:
Candidates will work in a non-tipping environment providing excellent customer service to our residents. Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing a superior dining experience, will excel at building relationships, and have a professional and outgoing personality. Reports to and is supervised by the Executive Chef and/or Community Executive Director.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be neat and well groomed.
- Must be in designated uniform during working hours.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of one (1) year bartending experience preferred
- Must have basic understanding of food item preparation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and supervise others.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, bend, reach and pull.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and exert up to 25 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Must be willing and able to learn quickly.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekend and holidays.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
