Ashlee Fence is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Morrow, OH

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Office Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and reliable professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and handle appropriately.
  • Create and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
  • Efficiently and accurately schedule sales appointments.
  • Confidently execute retail and wholesale sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Securely handle petty cash and follow correct procedures.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Answer customer questions and field appropriately.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role as an office assistant, office coordinator or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Morrow, OH 45152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
