What will you be doing?

• Operate lettershop equipment
• Perform hand-labor tasks to help complete production and fulfillment projects on an “on call, as needed” basis, either at home or on-site.
• Support Administration and Call Center activities in regards to receiving, delivery and shipping
• Operate within the company safety related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to ensure safe work practices and will:Clean and maintain work area

Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use
Follow company safety and accident procedures while on the company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment
Follow proper safety procedures when operating equipment and machinery (including Forklift, Inserter, Mail Machine, Folder, Addresser, and Pallet Jack)
Make recommendations for safety improvements in the Fulfillment warehouse and throughout the Ashfield facility

• Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• High school student, graduate or equivalent
• Able to follow written/verbal directions and instructions
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Possess positive attitude and team spirit
• Diligent work habits
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Flexibility to work among several projects during shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
