Ascension St. John is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Audiologist for our Bartlesville ENT Department.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension St. John to perform audiological and vestibular function testing; develops hearing correction plans of care for patients with audiological impairments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing to assess patient's hearing and vestibular status and to determine appropriate treatment.
• Develops, documents, implements and evaluates hearing correction plan.| Provides hearing device modifications.
• Educates and counsels patients, caregivers and family members on treatment options and continuing care.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Audiologist credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.

Education:
• Doctorate of Audiology (AudD) required.
