Ascedia is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have an opportunity to strategy and execution for a diverse roster of sophisticated clients. You will play a central role in our marketing team - designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaignswhile delivering quality client service. You will leverage a variety of digital marketing tactics and disciplines while having your professional growth supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective strategies that align with client goals and outline roadmaps and action steps to drive results.

• Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and present ideas to clients

• Manage tactics day-to-day from a variety of digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, organic search, on-site optimizations, content creation, email campaigning, etc.

• Create quality performance reporting that provides relevant data, insights, and recommendations.

• Be a great partner and advocate for our clients and their organizations.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing - there is no "right mix" of experience for this position, though the ideal candidate will have been results-oriented and a problem solver regardless of background

• Proficiency with at least one or two of the following digital marketing disciplines: search and/or display advertising, search engine optimization, content strategy and creation, email campaigning and other lead nurturing efforts (marketing automation, etc.)

• Experience with Google Analytics and/or other measurement and reporting systems

• A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
