Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures standardization in multi-site operations
  • Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • May give input into developing the budget.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
  • Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
  • Implements and maintains an information system used to automate and manage ordering, tracking, and compliance processes for a pharmacy.
  • Researches and recommends new technology and software.
  • Promotes effective system utilization with training and documentation.
  • Develops policies and procedures for system processes.
  • Collaboration across multiple departments in business development efforts
  • Project management duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Professional licensure preferred but not required (RPh, PharmD, CPhT)
  • 4 to 7 years of related experience with 3 years of managerial experience

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
