Description:
ASAR Digital is currently seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Business Analyst. The right candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to join our growing team in Lisle, IL. The ideal candidate is experienced in any CRM and has 5-8 years of experience as well as motivation to learn. Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Identify specific business requirements
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Coordinate with different department teams to produce better business outcomes
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-8 years of BA experience in any CRM
- Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Great collaboration skills with upper Management
- Ability to support clients on a regular basis
- Time management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
