Artificial Solutions Inc is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Texas City, TX

Who are we looking for?

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, Artificial Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The perfect candidate will leverage his/her communication skills to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation across the U.S., primarily promoting Artificial Solutions offerings to various industries and partners. Through a mixture of acquiring net-new logos and expanding our footprint in existing client accounts, the BDM will be responsible for meeting and exceeding defined goals that generate new and incremental sales revenue. Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to execute outbound lead generation and lead nurturing programs, as defined by leadership, that result in qualified sales opportunities and eventual sales revenues. This position involve the following skills & experience: extensive research, networking, social and digital campaigns, webinars, tradeshows and conferences, select outbound calling and email campaigns along with inbound website leads.

  • A true “Hunter” mentality with a keen sense of sales operations.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years multi-channel-based lead generation experience pitching complex technology software and/or services.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving sales growth through qualified lead generation.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into salient, business value messages and communication pieces that engage senior level decision makers and key influencers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience to manage a high volume of prospect relationships across multiple industries.

  • Experience selling advanced conversational AI solutions.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Ability to research target prospects to understand their business challenges and organization so the correct personas are presented with a personalized message.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Experience with Salesforce and willingness and discipline to use it for sales progress tracking
  • Experience participating in major tradeshows and events
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other networking tools.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Any additional language is a plus.
