Title: Desktop Support
Location: Riverview, FL 33578

Client: HCL Tech/ The Mosaic Company
- Provide End User Desktop Support while striving to exceed and meet SLAs.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up.
- Work in a plant industrial environment and adhere to working safely.
- Collaborate and contribute to team meetings and chats to find best practices solutions to issues and problems.
- Knowledge in working with Service Now
- Knowledge with DELL hardware laptops and desktops.
- Keeping track of on-site inventory.
- Trouble shoot and support iPhone, iPad, scanners, and printers.
- Be a self-starter, working independently, unsupervised and demonstrate proactiveness.
- Support O365, Teams and Windows 10
- Provision VOIP phones with Cisco Call Manager
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $13.91 - $26.10 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
