Our flourishing medical clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant. We are looking for a high energy, fast paced, detail oriented professional to manage, coordinate and assist the office with a high volume of patients daily.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for proper application and education on the Use/Care of Orthosis.
· Responsible for providing accurate information to the patient on expected outcomes resulting from using orthosis.
· Working with EMR systems to access patient information.
· Understanding Insurance portals and submitting authorizations for patient
· Maintaining an adequate inventory of off-the-shelf and custom braces.
· Working in compliance with HIPPA and OSHA standards.
· Ethical and Honest, Energetic, self-starter, self-directed
· Coordinate and manage the routing of patients
· Ability to work at a fast pace
· Exceptional charting skills
· Excellent patient rapport
· Warm and Caring personality
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Proficient computer and phone skills
· Dependable and ready to start working immediately
Qualifications:
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 5 PM. NO WEEKENDS!
