Description

Arsenal Credit Union is a $370M federally insured, state-chartered, award-winning credit union. Our focus is to provide excellent service to our members through our branch network, digital banking channels, member solutions center, and back-office support departments. 

We are seeking a leader to oversee the daily management and retail branch office activities of our corporate headquarters in Arnold, Missouri. This person is responsible for overseeing the teller and member advocate activities and service to our members, as well as creating a sales and service environment, building loyal membership relationships and meeting sales and operational goals within all branch areas. The successful candidate will provide coaching, training, branch compliance, and ensure employees are helping members meet their financial goals. Must have prior management experience with consumer, home equity/mortgage lending, and oversee the processes for new accounts, Instant Issue Debit services, direct deposit, certificates of deposit, and IRAs at the branch office 

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 4 years of financial institution experience and/or member service/loan experience.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
• Ability to adapt and perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of sales and leadership ability.
• Complete understanding of account ownership, consumer and mortgage loans, and IRAs.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services and encourage branch staff in cross-selling techniques.
• Excellent organization and professional written/verbal skills.
• Must have NMLS and Notary Public (or the ability to attain within 3 months of hire date).
