The Position:

The Inventory Coordinator is part of a growing manufacturing team that produces Arrowhead’s oligonucleotide-based drugs. The person in this role will be primarily responsible for the tracking of custom raw material, drug substance, drug product and kit inventories at various manufacturing, storage, shipping, and clinical sites throughout the world. They will maintain a system that accurately documents and reports inventory levels and locations on a real time basis.

This is a fulltime, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work closely with project management, CMC supply chain and clinical supply groups to provide real time visibility into external locations and quantities of off-site inventory.
• Perform real time inventory transfers and adjustments of products in Microsoft D365.
• Monitor and initiate extension of expiration dates for drug product and kits.
• Run and distribute inventory reports for key stakeholders.
• Monitor and escalate supply shortages
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree in Business or related field, Bachelor degree preferred
• 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, inventory control or related area, experience in pharmaceutical or biotech setting preferred, experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Understanding of ERP systems and use, proficiency with Microsoft D365 preferred
• Proficient with inventory reporting systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
