As the Director of Product Design you will manage a team of product/UX designers, guiding their efforts. You will work as an integral part of the technology leadership team partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering. You will be the driving force in creating world-class intuitive, efficient, delightful experiences that help to make our vision of using software to “empower the ambitious” at Arrive Logistics a reality. Your users are Arrive's internal team who are managing and servicing an increasing volume of business, our customers for whom we strive to be the easiest to do business with with the highest levels of services, our carriers from whom we strive to be their go to partner for consistent business and ease of business, and finally with the technology ecosystem of the freight logistics industry. You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of skilled product designers. In this role, we’ll be relying on you to develop strategic initiatives that align with key quarterly and annual business objectives, coordinate multiple product and feature launches, support the development of your colleagues, and be a senior leader in the Technology organization capable of understanding and articulating our holistic vision, strategy, and experience roadmap.
