Position: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Grand Prarie, TX

Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience & a proven track record of growing a territory and exceeding sales targets; Previous B2B phone sales experience preferred but not required

Education: College Degree not required as this is more personality & proven track record

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: To be discussed during the interview

Pay: $45,000/annually with a monthly based commission once on company's payroll with NO commission cap

Job Description:

Drive growth in revenue and profit in a targeted geographic territory by cultivating new relationships with prospective clients, maximizing opportunities within existing customers and reestablishing with former clients through phone calls and in-person contact.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to work in cohesive team environment and communicate effectively both inside and outside the company.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven
  • Have strong work ethic and a high level of initiative
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
