Arquitectonica is Hiring an Intermediate Architect Near New York, NY

Company Description 

Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500 employees located in nine offices. Our New York Office is seeking Intermediate Architects with 6-10 years’ experience to join our team. 

As an Intermediate Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction administration of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand both architectural design and documentation processes 
  • Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
  • Collaborate and coordinate with consultants
  • Assist junior staff members
  • Contribute to design documentation and construction documentation phases in Revit
  • Work collaboratively alongside your team to meet project deadlines and milestones
  • Participate in the documentation of large scale projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional accredited degree in Architecture 
  • 6-10 years’ continuous professional working experience in the US or Canada
  • Excellent design and technical skills
  • Construction documentation experience
  • Technical experience using Revit
  • Understanding of 3D modeling software including Rhino, Max, Sketchup
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic
  • Licensure is a plus

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and abilities.
