Agency :Havas Health & You Job Description Summary : The Senior UX Designer help us push the boundaries of what’s possible within digital pharmaceutical advertising. You will work closely with VP of UX, digital design team, development teams and our multidisciplinary brand teams to design experiences that meet the needs of our users and the goals of our clients. You may also be called upon to design for emerging and immersive technologies such as augmented, virtual, and mixed reality. Job Description : Responsibilities Provides Senior UX Designer Expertise and Team Support Use digital experience to partner with various agency brand teams and clients. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the goals of our brands and the needs of their users. Brainstorm with internal teams and clients on complex problems. Create brilliant human-centered solutions. Develop UX based deliverables, such as but not limited to; sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, process flows, and personas. Create user interfaces, design, and interaction patterns. Test design solutions with users. Produce best practice documentation, templates, and guidelines. Present and justify design decisions. Stay up to date with experience trends, design programs, and bring new ideas to the agency. Performance Standards Actively integrates best in class experience design into new digital projects. Demonstrates knowledge and enthusiastically maintains and strengthens understanding of assigned brands and projects. Effectively develops good relationships with internal groups and clients. Demonstrates passion for the brands and related programs. Demonstrates the ability to work independently, following directions and collaborating with groups. Showcases a deep understanding of user design systems and brings unique ideas to complex solutions. Background/Experience and Skills 3 years of UX/UI design experience within an agency or product space. A creative portfolio of work showcasing your human-centered design process. Highly proficient with design tools such as Sketch, XD, or Figma; and prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, Principle or similar tools. Experience creating and executing user testing sessions. Keen interaction chops with an eye for quality design and the ability to think through product strategy. The ability to iterate to develop the most creative and effective solutions. Strong and persuasive communication skills such as the ability to effectively pitch design concepts and articulate design decisions. A team player who loves to collaborate and bounce ideas off of others with an understanding that giving/getting feedback is crucial for development and growth. Leads with an empathetic approach to user design and the ability to break down what makes for an excellent experience. A passion for the craft and creating a product that leaves an impact on the end user. Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple deadlines and projects. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Wordpress, HTML, CSS or JavaScript is a plus.
